a very tasty mid aft meal

Very Yummy snack, u just cant stop with one...

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 cup maida
    • 5 tsp milk
    • 1 cup oil
    • 1 big potato, boiled and mashed
    • 4 slices of bread
    • Bread powder
    • 1 cup chopped onions
    • 8 tsp chopped coriander
    • 4 tsp Chopped green chillies
    • 2 tsp chat masala
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 10 lavang
    • salt
    • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 8 tsp lemon juice
    • 3 eggs: ( optional)

     

    Directions

    1. Knead chappatti dough by mixing 1 cup maida, 5 tsp milk, 5 tsp oil, 1 tsp salt and water.
    2. make dough into 4 equal parts, press and make chappatis using oil.keep them aside.
    3. Now in a bowl add chopped onions, coriander, chillies, chat masala, lemon juice, salt and mix well, keep it aside.
    4. take another bowl add mashed potato, bread, garam masala,ginger garlic paste, salt and make small long rolls.
    5. Dip these rolls into bread powder and fry till golden brown.
    6. Now place these rolls vertical on the chapatti, add 1/4 cup of onion salad and roll them into frankies and pin lavang to keep the roll in place.

    Note: U can also use thin layer of egg omlette on the chappatti, if u like. For omlette mix salt and egg and make a thin omlette of exactly chappatti size.

    hey u can also aply vinger with chillie on chappati before placing the rolls along with some cheese,and besides that in the chappati mix u can add some cheese n mashed potatao to make it taste more softer n better
