I am an unemployed dad (thanks to current economy). We are primarly vegetarians at home. However my kids and me like fish and prawns. I wanted to cook in order to help my wife out in kitchen. I found this recipe and wanted to give it a try. The first time I tried (3/9/2011), this recipe was a big hit in the house. The only problem is that we had only 2 Tilapia Fillets. So, nobody is happy with that. The next day, I went to Costco and bought a new bag. My family wanted me to do it again. On March 14th, I did this with lot of hesitation (becasue of high expectations). I am happy to say that it turned out equally better and everybody had enough to eat this time. Even my wife, who is a pure vegetarian, loved eating this fish. The only downside: My wife expects me to cook every day :). Just kidding. The only modifcation I made, was to put only 2 spoons of red chilly power instead of 4.
