Ginger Chicken Masala

Very Tasty Dry Chicken

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 10 pieces of Chicken (boneless)
    • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
    • 1 tsp ginger, julienned
    • 1 tsp Dhaniya powder
    • 1 tsp Chilly power
    • ½ tsp Jeera powder
    • ½ tsp Pepper powder
    • 1 tsp Cardamom, cinnamon,Cloves powder
    • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
    • 1 tbsp refined oil
    • 1 onions
    • 1 tomato, chopped
    • fried curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves - for garnishing.


    1. Take a kadai, Pour required cooking oil. Add chopped onion, tomato and long sliced Ginger juliennes , chopped onions, chopped tomato and fry.
    2. Add on this Ginger paste and all masalas and  fry.
    3. Put the chicken pieces above fried item. Add required water and cooking in the cooker about 10 minutes. Garnish with fried curry leaves and coriander leaves.

    Boneless Chicken pieces should measure 2 cups or 15-16 no.s.

    before remove it from the fire, stir the chicken so that the ginger gravy becomes dry.
