kadai egg dropped curry

eggs so quick for a meal

we make this whenever we are too tired to think of a gravy for rotis...try it and u will sure follow the same...!!

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 4 eggs
    • 1 onion finely chopped
    • 2 tomatoes finely chopped
    • 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric
    • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    • salt ot taste
    • few curry leaves and coriander leaves

    Directions

    1. heat oil and fry the onionsand curry leaves well.add ginger garlic paste and chilli powder and turmeric.
    2. fry the tomatoes also adding salt and make into a nice curry.
    3. spread this mixture on the kadai and break the eggs one by one over the curry mixture and cover.leave on sim and ensure it doesnt get burnt.
    4. the eggs penetrate through the curry and cooks well within minutes.
    5. slice them into pieces and serve hot with rotis
