If u close the tawa with the lid then no need of turning dosa to the other side.
Ingredients

2 cups Dosa batter
1 cup grated Cucumber
1 green chilli finely chopped
1 tbsp Oil to spread in dosa
Directions
Heat the tawa and cut the onion into 3/4th & apply onion head in circular motion.dosa can be taken out from the tawa easily.Dosa will not stick to the tawa.Please repeat after every dosa.
Mix grated cucumber in the dosa batter.
Add chopped green chilli.Mix well.
Pour the batter & Spread the batter in circular motion to form a round paratha shape.
Then grease oil.
After it turns golden colour.Then turnover it to other side.lightly golden it will get.
