Potato capsicum masala

easy and quick!!

an easily made quick subji which is very tasty as a side dish

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 3 capsicums, diced
    • 1 potato, diced
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 1 tomato, finely chopped
    • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric
    • salt to taste
    • few curry leaves

    Directions

    1. Heat oil and fry the onions and ginger garlic paste
    2. Add the tomatoes and red chilli powder, turmeric and salt and fry well
    3. Fry the potatoes into this masala for a few minutes and keep stirring on low flame
    4. Add in the capsicum also and toss it and cover and cook without adding any water on simmer.
    5. Serve hot

    when do you add the curry leaves, in the beginning or at the end?

    though there was curry patta in the ingredient of recipe but no where its been mentioned when to use?
