5 nos Eggs (boiled,shells removes and cut into pieces)
1 no chopped onions
2 tsp any good sambar powder or any curry powder of your choice
1 sprig curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
few chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp refined oil
Directions
Boil eggs for 5 mins and put them in cool water remove the shells and cut into pieces.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan , add mustard seeds,curry leaves,chopped coriander leaves,chopped onions and saute them for a min.
Add the egg pieces, 2 tsp sambar powder,1/2 tsp garam masala and 1 tsp salt and saute carefully so that the egg pieces should not get sticky for 2 mins.
