paruppu chutney is the best combination with fenugreek kuzhambu

with any kara kuzhambu this is a good side dish. this can be mixed with rice with 1/4 tsp of ghee ,which willbe liked by children to elderly people.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 cup channa dhal
    • 1 red chilly
    • 2 garlic petal(optional)
    • 1 cup grated cocnut
    • salt to taste
    • 1/2 tsp cooking oil

    Directions

    1. Fry channa dhal,garlic,red chilly using the oil.
    2. add grated coconut and fried items to the mixer
    3. add  1/4 cup water ,salt and grind
    4. serve with fenugreek kuzhambu or with any kara kuzhambu  or  with plain rice and ghee.
