Shepu Vada

Dill leaves vada

vada comes out very crispy if u grind coarsely(kara kara)without adding water.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 bunch Dill Leaves(shepu)
    • 1 Onion,chopped finely
    • Oil,for frying

    For Vada

    • 1 cup Chana Dal
    • 1 cup Tur Dal
    • 1/2 cup Urad dal
    • 1 Red Chilli
    • 1 Green Chilli
    • 1/2 tsp Haldi
    • Salt

     

    Directions

    1. Wash and soak dals for an hour in water.Drain the water.
    2. First put Red chilli,Green chilli,Dals and haldi in the mixer and grind it coarsely.
    3. Add Salt while grinding.
    4. Chop the shepu and onion finely and add it to the grinded thick paste.
    5. Heat oil and take ball sized balls and put it on ur left palm.ball will be flattened.
    6. Deep fry till brown on both sides in medium heat.
    7. Crispy Shepu vada is ready.

    Note:Please add chilli for more spicy.
