Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

• 1 cup Low fat yoghurt
• 7 strawberries(cleaned,de-seeded and chopped)
• 1/2 cup fresh cream
• 1/4 cup condensed milk
• 2 tbsp sugar

Directions

1. Blend all the ingredients in a mixer-grinder(add cream finally) and bring it to a creamy consistency .
2. Put this in 4 cups and bake it in microwave oven for 7 mins.
3. Serve it either cold or hot.
