15 cauliflower florets (cut and cleaned with hot water)
1 potato(peeled and cut into pieces)
3 green chillies(slit lengthwise)
1 onion(small sized,chopped finely)
1 tomato(small sized,chopped finely)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste(optional)
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp refined oil
1 sprig curry leaves
few coriander leaves (for garnishing)
1 cup water
Directions
Heat oil in a pan,fry mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chopped onions,chopped tomato and curry leaves.Saute for 2 mins.
Then add potato pieces and cauliflower florets,chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander leaves,ginger-garlic paste(optional) and salt. Saute for a min so that the spices mix evenly.
Then add water and green chillies and close the lid and cook for 5-6 mins till done.
