For the chicken stuffings:
- 200 gms minced Chicken
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp coriander and mint leaves paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
for the paniyaram:
- 2 cups appam batter (1/2 cup raw rice,1/4 cup urad dhal, 1 tsp fenugreek seeds, Soak raw rice, urad dhal and fenufreek seeds and grind them using 1 cup coconut milk and 1 tsp salt)
- 1/2 cup maida flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp refined oil
