Palak Pineapple Curry
Palak and Pineapple cooked in spices

2 cups palak-chopped finely
1 cup pineapple small pieces
3 green chillies-slit lengthwise
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp gram dhal
1 tbsp chopped onions
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp lemon juice(optional)
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp refined oil
Heat oil in a pan, fry cumin seeds,gram dhal and onions till golden brown.
Add chopped palak and pineapple pieces and saute for a min.
Add turmeric powder,chilli powder ,salt and greenchillies and cook for 2 more mins adding 1/2 cup water.
Add lemon juice and mix well .turn off the flame.
Serve hot with rice or chappathis or idlis.
