can beat yoghurt to buttermilk.for diabetics this is the best kanji.

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • 2 tsp Ragi flour
    • 1 cup water
    • 1/2 cup laban or 2 tbsp yoghurt
    • salt to taste

     

    Directions

    1. Take a bowl with 2 tsp ragi flour.Pour water into it and mix well.
    2. Before heating,ragi flour with water should be well mixed.otherwise lump forms.
    3. Heat that bowl in medium flame and boil it till it becomes thick paste.Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
    4. Add Salt.Switch off the gas.
    5. After it's cooled down,add yoghurt or laban.
    6. Ragi moor kanji is ready for breakfast.
