Cook the rice in advance with a pinch of salt, and keep it aside.
take a pan and put 2 tbsp of oil add a pinch of jeera powder, chilli powder and salt to taste add the tofu cubes and fry till golden in colour and crunchy.
keep it aside, in the same pan add remaining oil put the sliced onions stir fry in high flame, add the bean sprouts and keep stirring for a minute, keep it crunchy.
simmer, add jeera powder, chilli powder and salt to taste.
mix well, add the precooked rice, and the fried tofu and mix gently. serve hot.
i have added salt in 3 stages so that it blends well with the dish, make sure you put salt to taste each time.
