Chickoo fruits blended with Yoghurt

This tasty and mouthwatering Chickoo(sapotta pazham)lassi is very easy to prepare.Those who are on diet please excuse.Try and drop your comments.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    7 Chickoos -peeled and de-seeded
    2 tbsp sugar
    3 cups low-fat yoghurt
    1 tsp Cinnamon powder (or ) Cardamom powder

    Directions

    • 1.Blend yoghurt with peeled Chickoos,sugar and cardamom or cinnamon powder using a blender. 2.Serve this chilled .
      3.A true refreshing drink to have, if chilled.
