Ezy sauted-chicken with spices in 25-30 mins time(for 600 gm chicken pieces).Try this and enjoy the dish.

Ingredients


  • 600 gm boneless chicken pieces
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp  any mutton masala
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp freshly ground pepper powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • few curry leaves
  • few coriander leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp refined oil

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients well (including 1 cup water and 1 tbsp refined oil) so that the masala gets evenly spread.
  2. Microwave(high) this for 30 mins, stirring every 5 mins or till water runs dry. That's all.

Hi Hanabee!Thanks for ur feedback.Kuzhambu (pronounce it like Kulambu) is a Tamil Word meaning Gravy or a specialised Gravy (like Brinjal Sambar).It is done with tadka and with one main-ingredient-like Chickpeas,Chicken,Fish,Mutton,Egg,Buttermilk etc.It can be taken with rice or indian breads(like Chapathi).Hope this helps. U can omit pepper powder and try this dish using pressure pan.Mix all the ingredients and add 1 1/2 cup water instead of 1 cup water and pressure cook upto 4 whistles.After the pressure is released,Turn on the flame and saute this till the water runs dry.
