Green baked chicken

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    1 no. Chicken (whole, about 2 lbs) 1 tsp. Ginger paste 1 tsp. Garlic paste 1 no. Lime (juice) 1 cup Yoghurt 1 bunch of Corainder leaves Green Chillies to taste 1 tsp Haldi pwd 1 tsp Dhania pwd 1 tsp Jeera pwd 1 tsp Garam masala pwd 1 tsp Black pepper salt to taste green colour (optional) 2 tsp Vegetable Oil 12 Nos. Potatoes (very small sizes)


    1. Cut chicken into 8 pieces, wash and marinate with above ingredients. Set aside for about 2-3 hrs to marinate.
    2. Peel potatoes and add with chicken and then transfer it into an oven tray
    3. Bake in hot oven 200 C for about 45 minutes. Adjust baking time depending on your preference for dryness.
    4. To serve, remove potatoes and put chicken in a serving dish. Add potatoes on the sides.
    5. Goes very well with naan, garlic bread or chapati
