Ingredients
vegetarian
6 servings
1 cup fine vermicelli
1 liters milk
200 gms sugar
1/2 cup cream
1/ 2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp each Cashew nuts pista, badam,raisins
a drop, rose water essence
Directions
Heat the pan and add 1 tbsp ghee and after it melts add vermicelli and roast it till brownish colour.
Add milk to the above and reduce the flame and milk boils and quantity of milk is reduced.
Add sugar,cardamom powder and cook till the mixture becomes thick and soft.
Add cream and rose water essence and stir for another 2 minutes and switch off the gas.
In ghee sauté the nuts and raisins.Garnish them on top.
Sheer kurma is ready.
