Healthy Oven Fried Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
    • 1 tsp parmesan cheese
    • 1/8 tsp. paprika
    • 2/3 cup 1/4" sliced mushrooms
    • 2 tsp Italian salad dressing
    • 2/3 cup 1/4" thick sliced onion rings
    • 2/3 cup 1/4" thick sliced cauliflower


    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    2. Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil spray.
    3. Set aside.
    4. Stir together breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and paprika in a 9" pie plate until well mixed.
    5. Place vegetables in a medium bowl.
    6. Drizzle salad dressing over vegetables and toss till coated.
    7. Roll vegetables in crumb mixture till coated.
    8. Place the coated vegetables in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.

    1 c. oil 1 c. vinegar 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. oregano Mix in blender and chill try this dressing



    salams bro Emran, a very interesting recipe I'm sure everyone will find it new & interesting but would Italian salad dressing be advisable to cook? I know few things which are processed like Mayo are inadvisable to re heat, so plz let me no so I can make it soon. Thanks.
