1 fish deep fried till nice crisp & golden( fish should be marinated in ½ tsp salt, 1 lemon's juice & 1/4 tsp ginger, garlic paste, 1/2 tsp chilli powder & 1/4 tsp haldi).
1 medium Moli Shredded
1/4 c chopped coriander.
3 chopped hot green chillies
2 tbsp lemon juice.
salt to adjust your taste (as u already have slat in your fried fish).
3 tbsp good quality mustard (sarsu) oil
Directions
Drain the fish on a kitchen towel, cool & take out the scales.
Now in this shredded fish add shredded Moli, Coriander, chilli, lemon juice.
