Instant khoya mattar

spicy peanuts with milk extracts

Easy & very fast to cook

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup peanuts
    • 1-1/2 cup full cream milk
    • 1/4 cup chopped onion
    • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
    • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
    • 1 pinch haldi
    • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    • salt to taste
    • 1 tbsp ghee/oil

    Directions

    1. Heat oil/ghee in a pan. Fry onion till light golden.
    2. Add Salt, red chilli pdr, haldi, garam masala & chopped tomatoes.
    3. Cook on low flame for a minute.
    4. Now add peanuts & Milk & stir continously.
    5. Stir on high flame till all milk dries up.
    6. Serve with Chapati, poori, parantha or rice.
