Good for people with diabetes and high BP as their is absolutely no use of Onions and very little oil.
Ingredients
non vegetarian 4 servings
1/2 kg Chicken
300 gms. Coriander leaves
Green chilli chopped
1 tsp Garlic paste
2 tbsp of vinegar
Salt ( as per taste )
½ tsp of white oil
1 lemon juice
Pepper
2 No. Bay leaves
2 No. Shahi Elaichi
Directions
Make a paste of coriander leaves, green chillies, and garlic.
Pierce the chicken throughout and smear it over with the above paste, vinegar, salt and white oil. Let it marinate for 3 hrs.
Heat little white oil in a kadhai and put the bay leaf and elaichi.
Pour the marinated chicken into it.
Cover and reduce the flame. Let the chicken pieces cook on low heat.
Once chicken is tender, sprinkle lemon juice and adjust the seasoning with pepper.
Serve with Roti or Parathas. Watch your guests craving for more.
