Lychee Milkshake

Milkshake made with Lychee

Lychees have fine flavour and generally good for health.Lychee is low in Saturated Fat and very low in Cholesterol and Sodium and a good source of Copper and Vitamin C.Try this recipe with fresh Lychees(ripe) otherwise:

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 tin Lychee (in sugar syrup)-drain the sugar syrup
    • 300ml low fat milk or soy milk
    • 200 gm Vanilla Ice cream
    • 1 tsp vanilla essence
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • few wafers


    1. Grind the Lychees with 100gm vanilla Icecream,low fat milk,sugar and vanilla essence using a blender.
    2. Serve this chilled in two tall glasses with Vanilla Icecream scoop on each of them and with honey toppings and wafers.
