Bread Roll

Delicious evening breakfast

Very easy and healthy breakfast or evening tiffin for childrens and working couples

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings


    • 3-4 Bread slices (soaked in water)
    • 1/2 cup Boiled Potatoes(peeled and mashed)
    • 1-2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
    • 2 -3 Green chilies(finely chopped)
    •  Oil for frying
    • Salt to taste

     

    Directions

    1. To make the bread soft, dip breads one by one in water and take them out immediately. 
    2. Slightly press between the palms to squeeze out the excess water. 
    3. Now make the mixture by mixing potatoes, coriander leaves, salt and green chillies all together in a bowl. 
    4. Now place a huge heap of the potato mixture in the center of the bread and roll over the sides to cover the
    5. mixture, forming oblong rolls.Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. 
    6. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the rolls. 
    7. Bread Rolls are ready. 
    8. Serve them hot with tomato sauce

    Please soak the bread in water for 30 sec to 1 min for softness

    When I put the bread slices and bring it out quickly it starts to break in my hand and became very difficult to manage to stuff it with the filling, so I just mixed all and made like tikya in the end. Wish I could make it like the one in the pic. Thank you.
