Delicious innovative snacks
1 chicken or 1/2 kg. mince meat
1 packet bread
1 packet egg noodles
1 cup cooked rice
2 cups white sauce (thick)
1 bunch of spring onions
salt to taste
2 tbs. vinegar
Oil for frying
Marinate chicken or minced meat in ginger and garlic paste and cook till tender. Shred chicken.
Boil noodles, potatoes and cut into small pieces.
Shred carrots, cut spring onions and green chilies finely.
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl, add vinegar and salt.
Cut bread slices in small circles.
Beat eggs and spread on one side of bread circle, then put the mixture and cover it with egg mixture and then bread crumbs.
Shallow fry in oil till golden brown and serve hot.
