Mix 1 tsp ginger paste. 1 tsp garlic paste. 1 tsp red chilli powder. 1 tsp garam masala powder. 1 tsp of salt lemon juice. Apply this mixture on fish pcs and leave aside for half an hour.
Prepare a mixture of curd, salt, vinegar, remaining red chilli powder, garam masala powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, ajwain and tandoori colour. Add the fis pcs to the marinade, cover and refrigerate for 2 hrs.
place the tikkas on the grilling rack; brush with a little oil and cook on combination for 3 mins. Turn the tikkas over half way through cooking time.
brush again with a little oil and grill for 15-20 mins. Turn the tikkas over 2-3 times, applying a little oil each time for even browning
