Grilled chicken sandwich

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 8 Bread slices
    • 1 Chicken breast
    • 3 tsp Soya sauce
    • Black pepper-(a pinch or two)
    • 1 tbsp Onion chopped
    • ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste
    • Red chilli powder-(a pinch or two)
    • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
    • 1 tsp Ketchup
    • 2 tsp oil
    • 1 Capsicum, chopped
    • 2 Carrot grated
    • Salt-as per taste

    Directions

    1. Take a wok,add oil and put ginger garlic paste saute it for a min and add chopped onion,saute it till it gets soft.
    2. Add chicken and put red chilli, soya sauce only 1tsp,black pepper and salt.Let it cook till it gets tender.
    3. Finally add capsicum and carrot and add soya sauce 2tsp and keep on low flame for 2-3min.
    4. Take this mixture in a bowl and add ketchup and mayonnaise,mix it well.
    5. Apply this mixture on bread and grill it in sandwich maker.
