    • 1 tsp coffee powder
    • 1 tsp powdered sugar
    • 2 tsp maida
    • 1/2 cup water
    For Icing:
    • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
    • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 2 tbsp ghee/butter

    1. Mix coffee powder, maida, pwodered sugar & 1/2 cup water. Dip the biscuits in the liquid, just enough to make them a little soft & keep them aside.
    2. Mix the icing ingredients separately in a bowl.
    3. Apply icing on both sides of the bottom most biscuit. Apply the icing on one side of the biscuits & keep placing them one on top of the other on a butter paper. You can stack as many biscuits as you like.
    4. Apply icing on the top most biscuit in such manner that the icing drips along the sides of the stack. Optional You can also use a flat painting brush to apply icing on the sides of the biscuits.
    5. Refrigerate the shells for 2 hrs. or so.
    6. Cut the shells in slant vertical halves & serve.
    7. You can store the shells in an air tight container in the fridge.
