Make from fresh dhaniya

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 bunch of fresh dhania
    • 10 garlic pieces
    • 4 green chilles
    • 2 tsp dry dhania powder
    • salt, to taste
    • Haldi
    • 2 tomatoes
    • 2 potatoes
    • 4-5 lady fingers
    • 10-12 Gavar


    1. Mix all the ingredients (not vegetables) in a mixture (i.e dhania, garlic, chilles, haldi, salt, dry dhania pd & tomatoes). Keep in mind it should not be very fine.
    2. Take a pan put oil (4 tbl spoon) then add this above paste.
    3. Saute it for few seconds then add the vegetables (potatoes, lady fingers and Gavar). Mix till the vegetables are covered with the paste
    4. Add water 2 cups and then cover the pan with dish to cook the vegetable.
    5. Serve it hot either with chapati or rice
