tasty chaupati food, drizzled with tamarind sauce & curd. garnished with barik shev & chopped onion & chunky chat masala.
Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
2 cup Maida
3 tsp oil
2 tsp cumin seeds
pinch of baking powder
1 tsp carom
salt to taste
oil to fry
Directions
Mix together maida, baking powder, oil, cumin seeds & carom.make a soft dough of its by adding warm water.
Keep this dough aside for 1 hour.
Make 8-10 pieces of its.
Make puri of it by rolling it on a base. cut the puri vertically & horizontally from center.so as get 4 pieces of each puri.
Now fry all pieces till turn to golden brown color.
For each person take 4 pieces in a dish, drizzle tamarind sauce & curd. then sprinkle barik shev chopped onion & chat masala on it. & serve this crispy khasta.
