Its a Marawadi sweet make on auspicious occasion like diwali...i really love it!

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 2 cup wheat flour
    • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
    • oil or ghee to fry
    • 1 cup jaggery(Gul)
    • Pinch of salt


    1. Make a syrup of jaggery by adding a cup of water in it.
    2. In one bowl add wheat flour, 2 tsp oil, pinch of salt & sesame seeds. make a dough of it by adding jaggery syrup in it.
    3. Make  10-12 balls of  dough & roll them like puri.
    4. Deep fry them in oil or ghee.





    sorry dear Mital i don't have any idea about Malpua's recipe,this is a typical marawadi dish which i like most & make it regularly.
