Ingredients
non vegetarian 8 servings
2 cups white flour
5 tsps castor sugar
4 tsps baking powder
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp oil
Directions
Beat eggs in a bowl, add flour,sugar, baking powder,and oil.
Add milk and mix well to make a thick batter.
Heat tawa, put 1 ladlefull of this batter, put little ghee on the sides,and cook on medium heat,when sides become golden brown ,turn it and cook the other side till done.Finish the remaining batter that way.
SERVING SUGGESTION; You can eat plain with tea or coffee or spread honey on it or you can even spread butter or choclate syrup.
