Hi Mital! The temperature of oven shud be high..When the dough has risen you make into small balls and leave to rise again, and same time switch on the oven to high,it shud be very hot, when you start baking and finish baking in the same temperature till golden brown.ALL THE BEST!

Hi Subashini....You knead dough in bit deep vessel and cover so that the cloth dsnt touch the dough or best you cover with flat plate (which i do)..secondly did you check the yeast (strenght).and the amount you used, as i said in the recipe adjust the yeast according to the climate..in cold climate you need more time to rise hence more yeast..in hot climate it rises quickly.Hope this will help you,if anything else feel free to ask me .ALL THE BEST!

While making buns I knead the dough, cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside to double its size but its not happening it just remains in the same size. Also the dough is sticking to the cloth when I see after some time. Why is it so?

    Mital

Can you please tell me at what temperature and how long I have to bake these buns? Thank you.

Hi Mumtaz....Do mean grated colouring faluda? If yes ...then this is how you make it! Soak 1 cup of faluda grass in 3/4 cup water for 1min...Take 3 or 4 small bowls ,put pinch(or 2 pinches, depends how dark you want) of different food colours(like red, green, yellow) in each bowl.and keep aside.Add sugar to the soaked faluda and cook on medium heat, till all grass melts(stirring all the time).Remove from fire and pour little faluda in each bowl,Mix the colour properly, now you have different coloured faluda.leave it to set till hard.Remove from bowl and grate it,after grating mix all in one vessel.and use as you want (Either in milk shake or roohafza).Hope this recipe will help you..All the best!
