its easy to cook and tasty to eat snack.

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2 cups cooked rice
    • 1 cup minced meat
    • 1 small onion
    • 2 green chillies
    • 2 tsp. ginger-garlic (paste)
    • 1 capsicum
    • 2 tbsp. coriander (chopped)
    • 1/2 tsp. pepper (powder)
    • salt to taste
    • oil for frying

    Directions

    1. Grind cooked rice and add little salt to it.
    2. Chop onion and saute in saucepan with little oil till it becomes soft and transparent.
    3. Add chillies, capsicum, salt, ginger-garlic paste and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes.
    4. Add the minced meat to saucepan and fry till it turns brown. Mix coriander.
    5. Shape rice into flat balls. Fill with meat and form into cutlets.
    6. Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
    7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

    The dish is very mouth-licking. I have a suggestion that a small variation can be made. after the cutlets are formed, they can be rooled on bread crumbs or roasted sooji. This will give a more crispy taste to the cutlets.
