Choc-o-nut Curd

Curd with chocolate sauce

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 large bowl curd (hung)
    • 4 tbsp sugar powder (or more)
    • 1 tbsp coco powder
    • 2 tbsp butter or white oil
    • 2 tbsp cashew nut (chopped)


    1. Melt butter or warm white oil.
    2. Mix butter or oil with sugar powder and coco powder in a bowl.
    3. Beat well to a smooth paste (chocolate sauce)
    4. Add chopped cashew nut in chocolate sauce.
    5. In a serving bowl or cup place a scoop of hung curd.
    6. Decorate with chocolate sauce from the top.
    7. Chocolate sauce could also be folded well with curd for sweet and chocolate effect of the taste.
