Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings

    • 1 kg minced meat
    • 10 median size potato
    • 1 onion
    • 1 tsp garlic paste
    • 1 tsp ginger paste
    • 1 tomato
    • 2 green chili chopped
    • salt, red chili to taste
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
    • 1 cup oil


    1. Chop onions, heat oil and fry onion, then add ginger garlic paste. Fry and add meat
    2. Add salt, red chili, and turmeric powder
    3. Add chopped tomato and stir well
    4. Add half glass water and cover it. Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 20 min keep stirring often
    5. Peel potator and cut cap of each potato from 1 side
    6. Empty potato from inside with a scraper
    7. meat is cooked add green chili and cool it at room temp
    8. fill potato with meat, cover and seal with tooth picks
    9. Or you can wrap in foil
    10. Now deep fry potato and serve with coriander chatny

    Pankhuri, it is sheer common sense that if u wrap something with foil, it has to be baked! If u use a toothpick to secure the potatoes, u can deep fry them. Sometimes, instead of asking silly questions, use ur intelligence!


    please clarify how can we deep fry if we put a foil around the potato?
