new variety of macroni

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 cup macroni
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 3 big onion
    • 3-4 tomatoes
    • ginger in slices
    • salt to taste
    • green chilli
    • 1 chopped capsicum
    • 2-3 cloves
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 1/2 tsp sugar
    • coriander leaves
    • 1 tbsp tomatoes sauce


    1. Boil the macroni for 5-10 mins.
    2. Take a oil in a pan.heat it for 2-3 mins.add onion, half of ginger in it. add salt and green chilli to taste. now mix tomatoes in it and stir it.
    3. mix capsicum and fry it.
    4. Add boiled macroni in it and mix it well for 5 mins.
    5. Add cloves. garam masala and sause and sugar in it.
    6. Now pour coriander leaves and rest of the ginger for garnish, and macroni is ready to eat.
