this recipe is from my my mother in law, she made this for me after my delievery ,it is healthy and tasty so just try it ,good in winter. really good for kids!
Ingredients
vegetarian 2 servings
all veggies in house ,your favorites for example-(califlower,carrots,cabbage,spinach) all of this veggies just a few pieces.
2 glass of water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp butter unsalted
2 cloves of garlic ,piece of ginger
Directions
first put all the veggies in the pressure cooker with the garlic+ginger, 2 glass of water then have 2-3 whistle to it
When veggies are done then add it in a blender and blend them well like liquid,
after that take a pan and the soup to it with butter and salt and pepper in it .
