Make a fine paste of chillies, salt, coriander leaves, curry leaves and hing.
In a thick bottomed vessel add refined oil, when heated add mustard seeds when it splits add urad dhal, 1 dry chilli, a pinch of hing. Add the chilli paste into the seasoning and fry for 3-4 minutes, add haldi and grated mango into this and cook for 3-4 mts and stir nicely.
Now remove the vessel from fire and keep aside. Now add the cxooked rice into this mixture and mix it nicely and garnish with fresh coriander.
