in a pan, heat oil, cardamon, elichi, whole black pepper, cloves. add onions and green chillies and cook till light brown.
Add tomatoes, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, corriander powder, jeera powder and garam masala. let it cook for few seconds till the oil starts to separate.
Now add boiled palak and moong dal, add 2 cups of water. cook till water starts to boil.
