Meat balls

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1/4 kg minced meat
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1/2 tsp haldi powder
    • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 1 cup fried chana
    • 1 bunch mint leaves
    • 2 bunch coriander leaves
    • 1/4 coconut
    • oil for frying
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Grind the red chilli powder, haldi, coriander powder, garam masala, chana, coconut and coriander leaves along with the mint leaves in a mixer to make it to a fine paste.
    2. To this mixture add the minced mutton and salt so that it is easily mixed
    3. Now make the meat into balls of your convenient size.
    4. Now take a non-stick pan add the meat balls with some water on a low flame so that the meat is cooked and all the water is absorbed.
    5. Fry the meat balls in the oil on a medium flame till the color changes to golden brown.
    6. Serve hot.

    Note:  You can even directly fry them in the oil instead of cooking them in water too.
