Paneer Tiranga

Try this simple yet tasty sweet.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 400 gms Paneer
    • 200 gms Mava(khoya)
    • 200 gms Fine Sugar
    • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
    • 1 tsp Green Food color
    • 1 tsp Orange Food color
    • 1 sheet Silver Wark



    1. Finely grate the Paneer.
    2. Add Mava (khoya) to the grated Paneer along with Sugar & Vanilla Essence. Knead well to a smooth dough.
    3. Divide into 3 equal parts. Add Green food color to 1 part & Orange food color to another. Keep the 3rd part as it is.
    4. Roll out the Orange part. Roll out the White part & place it on the Orange. Again roll it lightly.
    5. Now roll out the Green part & place it on the rolled Orange & White part. Again roll it lightly.
    6. Spread the Silver Wark on it. Refrigerator for 2 hours. Cut into desired shape & serve.
