Methi Aloo

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 5-6 pieces Ginger
    • 4-5 tomatoes
    • 2 bunch methi
    • 2-3 green chilies
    • 2-3 potatoes (Aloo)
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tsp red chilies
    • ½ tsp tamarind powder
    • 1 tsp coriander powder
    • 3-4 tbsp oil

    Directions

    1. Take oil in cooker add ginger and chilies, now add chopped methi and chopped tomatoes, salt, red chilies, coriander powder, tamarind powder.
    2. Now give 1-2 vessels, after the air comes out make methi soft.
    3. Now add cut potatoes stir well till the water dries.
    4. Add 1 glass of water and give 2-3 vessels or till potatoes get cooked.
    5. Serve hot with chapattis or rice.
