Paneer Sandwich Pakoras

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 250 grms Cottage cheese (Paneer)
    • ½ cup mint chutney
    • 1 cup chick pea flour
    • ½ tsp red chilies powder
    • 1 ½ tsp garlic paste
    • 1 tsp carom seeds
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil for frying


    1. In a bowl mix the ingredients for the batter. Add water and mix well for 2 min with hand to make a batter of coating consistency.
    2. Spread chutney between two slices to cottage cheese
    3. Dip the cottage cheese sandwiches into the batter fry on medium heat till golden brown.
