- Boil the milk and add sugar, elaichi powder and saffron.
- Add the rice flour slowly stirring continuously to avoid forming lumps
- Once it starts getting thicker - let it cook for 2 -3 minutes before removing from flame for some time in simmer heat.
- Add the nuts, dry fruits and mix well.
- Refrigerate & Serve
Tips: The rice flour can be first mixed nicely in little milk without forming lumps and this can be poured as some may have difficulty when on flame.
