I have altered the original receipes, so that it is easy to make at home, with mimimum ingredients. And still u can enjoy the taste
Ingredients
non vegetarian 4 servings
1 full chicken small
6 leftover chappatis / tortillas or arabic khubus
1 cup lettuce
1/2 french fries optional
garlic sauce or u can add finely chooped onions to mayo
salt to taste
2 tps pepper
Directions
Clean the chicken and marinate with salt and pepper and keep it atleast for 6-7 hrs. Then grill chicken for 30- 40 mins.
When cold shredded it and keep it aside.
Take chappatis/ totillas/ arabic khubus and spread mayo/garlic sauce and in the center of chappati add few lettuce/ french fries and shredded chicken, and roll it.
It is ready to eat. U can also grill this sandwich for 4- 5 mins.
