I have altered the original receipes, so that it is easy to make at home, with mimimum ingredients. And still u can enjoy the taste

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 full chicken small
    • 6 leftover chappatis / tortillas or arabic khubus
    • 1 cup lettuce
    • 1/2 french fries optional
    • garlic sauce or u can add finely chooped onions to mayo
    • salt to taste
    • 2 tps pepper


    1. Clean the chicken and marinate with salt and pepper and keep it atleast for 6-7 hrs.  Then grill chicken for 30- 40 mins.
    2. When cold shredded it and keep it aside.
    3. Take chappatis/ totillas/ arabic khubus  and spread mayo/garlic sauce and in the center of chappati add few lettuce/ french fries and shredded chicken, and roll it.
    4. It is ready to eat.  U can also grill this sandwich for 4- 5 mins.

    it doesnt taste that authentic with our HOME MADE WHEAT ROTIs. the recipe tastes yumm only with MAIDa roti or ARABIAN KHABOOS. thank you. for the recipe :)
