Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 cup wheat flour
    • 1/4 cup maida
    • 1/2 cup sugar or Jaggery
    • 1/4 tps cardamom powder
    • pinch of salt
    • ghee for frying
    • water


    1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients and make smooth thick batter keep to rest for 15 mins .
    2. Heat up a non stick pan add ghee and spread the batter evenly, cover it for 4-5 sec turn it and cook for another few mins till nice golden.



    Dear Prativa, as we are adding jaggery or sugar to batter no need to add syrup


    Don't we need to dip the malpua in sugar syrup


    you are not mix this recipe in dry fruite. sweet dishes are not prepare without dry fruits.
