Serve this with mint chutney or tomato ketchup to give it a tangy flavour.
Ingredients
non vegetarian
2 servings
- 1 lb Potato
- ¼ lb Minced Meat, goat meat
- 1 no. Egg
- pinch Bread Crumbs, sufficient
- pinch Vegetable Oil, for deep frying
- Salt to taste
(Grind following to a fine paste)
5 Red chili pods
A pinch of Whole garam masala
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp mustard seeds
a pinch of turmeric powder
½ tsp cumin seed
2 tsp Vinegar
½ inch Ginger
4 cloves of garlic
Directions
Wash minced mutton and add all the ground masala and let it
cook with little water till dry. Keep aside.
Boil and mash potatoes, and make little balls and shape it like a cup,
fill this in with the mince and place some more potato on the top to
seal it and then shape it like a cutlet , nice and round.
Dip this in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry
till both sides are golden brown.
