pakoras made with boiled potatoes .

This is very quick dish for unexpected guests..or evening snack.
Ingredients

2 servings
- 1 bowl of boiled and cubes potatoes.
- 3 tsp red chilly pwd.
- salt.
- 2 tsp dhania jeera pwd.
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
- 2 pinches of enos.
- 2 tbsp of channa flour.
- oil for deep frying.
Directions
1. Take potatoes in bowl .add dhania pwd.salt.corriander leaves , chilly pwd,channa flour, mix well ,add enos and sprinkle about 2 tbsps of water so that everything can be mixed properly an potatoes well coated. 2. Heat oil, take 2 or 3 pieces of potaotes at a time and fry on medium heat till golden brown and crispy. 3. Serve hot with chutneys of your choice.
